This change is not ideal, and we understand that losing fully player-created avatars is a significant loss. In order to keep MIG stable and accessible, we have implemented a new in-house avatar system as a temporary solution. Alongside MIG, we’ve been quietly working on something related. MCCS (Mautix Collector’s Collaboration Series) is an ongoing exploration of how certain digital works might extend beyond the screen, into physical form.
