Set Arts

The URL method is the primary way to showcase existing artwork on Mautix. If your work is already uploaded on platforms like X or ArtStation, copy the image URL. Then, in My Gallery Mode, press B (default) to open your Inventory, select a Frame from the default section, and place it on the wall. Then face the frame and press F (default) to open the settings menu. Choose the URL option and follow the instructions to complete the setup.

Items

In addition to picture frames, a wide range of items can be placed in your gallery, including but not limited to decorations, potted plants, and functional objects. You can freely use these to design and customize your gallery.

Gallery Settings

On the initial My Gallery interface, you can set important information such as the gallery name. These details are essential for presenting your gallery to the public.

After entering the gallery, you can open the Gallery Settings (G as Default) interface to change the weather, time of day, and materials of certain architectural parts, allowing you to create a truly unique gallery environment.

Gallery Search

You can search for galleries from the Gallery Search interface in several ways: by entering a specific Gallery ID, browsing by tags, or exploring random and trending galleries.

Except for searches using a specific Gallery ID, galleries must meet the following conditions to be discoverable:

  • The open type must be set to Public.

  • The gallery must contain at least one artwork.

Visual Optimization

In the game settings, we strongly recommend setting Global Illumination to Epic quality, as it is crucial for achieving realistic lighting and atmosphere in your gallery. Secondary settings that matter are Reflections and Vertical Sync, which help maintain visual fidelity and smoother performance.

 

Mautix also supports DLSS and RTX, enabling enhanced rendering quality and improved frame rates on supported hardware.
